What time can I check-in?
Our check-in timing is at 1pm. However, if there is a bed available, we can check you in early.
How late can I check in?
We are open 24hrs. We have a staff member in the hostel at all times. You can check in any time after our check-in timing.
Is there a hostel curfew to adhere to?
No, each guest is given the code to the door. We have a staff member in the hostel at all times. Party to your heart’s content or stay out late. Just be mindful of your volume when you enter the dorms so as not to disturb other guests.
I forgot to bring my towel. Can I rent one?
Yes, just ask our friendly staff.
I would like to explore the area. Are there bicycles for rent?
Yes, we have bicycles and helmets for rent either by the hour or whole day.
I need to print my flight tickets or documents.
Sure, just print from one of our computers. Charges apply.
Is there a Laundromat nearby?
Yes, Betel Box has its own in-house laundry service too.
Are there any events to do at Betel Box?
Yes, we do have discounted guided tours for guests staying with us. Check out: www.betelboxtours.com

Can I store my bags at Betel Box after I check-out?
Yes, instead of carrying your bags around Singapore, you can leave your bags with us at no extra charge.
If you do not want to take all your bags to the next destination, we provide storage service for a nominal fee.
